This camp sells out quick, plus camping is included in the Rally Campground area inside Brown County State Park, Nashville, Indiana.
There are 4 categories for registering.
- “Newbies only” women’s 3-hour clinic on Friday, June 12 (2pm to 5pm) (Check-in by 1:15pm)
- “Beginner” women’s 2 1/4-day camp – Friday, June 12 (6pm check-in); June 13-14 9am to 4pm each day.
- “Intermediate” women’s 2 1/4-day camp – Friday, June 12 (6pm check-in); June 13-14 9am to 4pm each day.
- “Advanced” women’s 2 1/4-day camp – Friday, June 12 (6pm check-in); June 13-14 9am to 4pm each day.
Our camp brings women of all levels of riders together to share the love of mountain biking in a safe and encouraging weekend. We teach you a deeper understanding to the fundamental skills, while advancing you to new maneuvers like: wheel lifts, manuals, wheelies, bunny hops, drops, cornering, climbing, braking techniques, lunges, jumps, pumping, tight switchbacks, track stands, log up and overs, plus so much more!
Our enthusiastic team of experienced and skilled coaches make this camp extraordinary, plus we are ecstatic to have Olympic mountain bike coach, Shaums March and Sally Marchand Collins will be working with all our groups!
We empower women to truly live a positive life, bring back your childhood laughs while you step out of your comfort zones to overcome fears both on and off the bike, while camping under the stars!
Your Clinic Registration Includes:
- 3 days of camping (Rally Camp 2 inside the BCSP)

- We have a Fundraiser for Freewheelin’ Community Bikes during our camp! If you have any bike parts, bike gear or bikes you no longer need. Feel Free to drop off items when you arrive! It will brighten a kid’s LIFE! Thank you!

Friday, June 12 Your fantastic weekend begins!
11:00am: Rally 2 Camping opens (Check-in for camping tag) – Arrive early, go play on your bikes and meet new friends!
(If someone wants to camp with you not taking the clinic or camp, there will be a $20 camping fee.)
1:00pm: Check-in for Newbies Clinic only
2:00pm: Newbies Clinic Starts
5:00pm: Newbies Clinic Ends
6:00pm–7:00pm: Pre-Registration for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Participants
- Happy hour for all Participants!
- Meet your encouraging coaches!
- Safety Class: “Dial-in your bike + gear” (Please bring your helmet, bike, pedals and shoes!)
- Create your fun nameplates!
- The “Crash Course” (pun intended) on needs to know about mountain biking and being safe on the trails.
9:00pm: Enjoy wine, cheese and crackers, a bike movie and popcorn!
10:00pm: Quiet time – Camp under the stars!
Saturday, June 13: Creating a new you!
8:00am: Optional – Start your morning with stretching or yoga
8:00am: Registration opens – for late arrivals
- For late arrivals: 8:00 am Safety Class: “Dial-in your bike + gear” (Please bring your helmet, bike, pedals and shoes!)
- Create your fun nameplates
9:00am: CAMP BEGINS! Shake off those butterflies with Sally and her energetic Head Coaches for a fun fundamental skills intro!
9:30am – 12:00pm: Divide into groups
12:00pm – 1:00pm: Healthy lunch (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced participants)
1:00pm – 4:00pm: Group photo + Skills + Drills + Thrills!
7:00pm-9:00pm: Celebrate with night rides + campfires!
10:00pm: Quiet time – Camp under the stars!
Sunday, June 14: Conquer your weaknesses!
8:00am: Optional – Start your morning with stretching or yoga
9:00am-12:00pm: Skills + Drills + Thrills!
12:00pm-1:00pm: Healthy lunch (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced participants) and HMBA Silent Auction
1:00pm-4:00pm: Skills + Drills + Thrills!
4:00pm: A quick review, say our goodbyes, hug your passionate coaches, exchange information with your new friends and be empowered to ride all over the world!

Sundance MTB Skills Clinics & Camps – Cancellation Policy & Transferable Registration:
• Cancellations received more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administration fee.
• Cancellations received 7 to 13 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations received 6 or fewer days before the event or a “no show” at the event will not be eligible for a refund.
• Registrations are transferable ONLY if the new entry is for the same skill level as the original registration at the same event.
Please note: Unfortunately, the above applies in cases of weather, injury and emergency. In fact, a large percentage of our cancellations result from these three causes, and often happen in time frames that don’t allow us to adjust our plans or fill the associated spots.
