INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, December 21 – Mountain Bike Indiana (MBI) is excited to announce that Griffin Bike Park, in Terre Haute, IN, has joined as the first partner trail group.
The Griffin Bike Park in Terre Haute has joined as a member organization of MBI, and we are thrilled to have them on board as we go forward into 2020. Griffin Bike Park will continue their mission to contribute to Indiana’s fantastic and fun mountain bike community, and MBI will support another local trail in one of the most unique and challenging landscapes in the state.
Griffin Bike Park honors those who have served our country protecting our freedom, our families, friends, and community. Griffin Bike Park is a world class destination riding area and national level competitive racing venue, in addition to providing for special events.
The MBI Way is to support local trail communities and coordinate mountain bike advocacy efforts from around the state, to work to share expertise, best practices, and action alerts.
Mountain Bike Indiana is a pending 501(c)3 non-profit. Its mission is to provide its members and the general public with opportunities for stewardship and recreation in Indiana’s open spaces through education, planning, funding and establishing and maintaining multi-use trails throughout the state. We endorse responsible, environmentally sensible trail use and the creation of community recreation trail networks for the health and benefit of local citizens and visitors.
